Brønnøy kommune intends to enter into contract negotiations with Velfjord Vekst AS for the purchase of land and project regarding a care centre in the centre of Hommelstø. Through a long processes there has proven to be only one tenderer in the geographical area where Brønnøy kommune has decided to establish a new care centre. The municipality therefore believes it is legal to enter into contract negotiations.
