KMD would like to enter into a contract with a service provider who can take care of:
1. the secretariat for Merkur (commercial competence programme for district shops);
2. management and administration of the grant scheme (investment support schemes) for grocery shops in the districts.
The 2 assignments are integrated into each other. The company that is awarded the contract can divide the capacity and competence between the 2 assignments. See annex 1 for further information on the Merkur programme and the investment support schemes.
It is a prerequisite that the tender is for both sub assignments. The 1 service provider will be awarded both sub assignments.
