Contract Løren Railway - U6 - Løren station

The station will be built at the current street address: Lørenveien 39. The station will be an underground construction consisting of a station hall and 2 different entrances.

The contract covers establishing a train platform and the east and west entrances.

Station Hall:

— Establishing a 120-meter long middle platform from using concrete platform elements (platform elements supplied by the Project owner).

— Work-up of the platform cover and all the necessary equipment and furnishing the platform.

— Mounting of steel plates on the tunnel wall and ceiling. The steel plates are supplied by the project owner. - Equipment such as fire ventilation and acoustic insulation

— Negotiate with other professions such as water and sewage, HVAC and electricians.

East station entrance, main entrance:

— Prepare and establish a 26-meter concrete building consisting of six floors.

— Establish steel roof and glass façade at street level, and roof.

— Backfill of approx. 2000 m³ earth.

— Work-up of areas around the entrance

— Establishment of escape stairs, fire-resistant glass, and steel frames.

— Required furnishings includes emergency power supplies, UPSs, sprinkler system, inert gas fire-suppression systems, doors, tiles, ceilings, signage, restrooms, lighting.

— Negotiate with other professions such as water and sewage, HVAC, electricians.

West station entrance, secondary entrance:

— Prepare and establish a 26-meter concrete building.

— Roof work with membrane roofing, approx 350 m².

— Back filling of approx 4000 m³ earth.

— Work-up of areas around the entrance. Establishment of two escape stairs, fire glass and steel frames.

— Necessary furniture includes doors, tile floors, ceiling, lighting, signage.

— Negotiate with other professions such as water and sewage, HVAC, electricians.

The planned construction period is approximately Jan 2015 to approx. March 2016.

The estimated value of the contract is approximately NOK 150 million.
