The Swedish Radiation Safety Authority (SSM) invites you to submit a tender for a system for on-line monitoring of ambient dose equivalent rate around the three nuclear power plants in Sweden; Ringhals located in the county of Halland, OKG located in the county of Kalmar and Forsmark located in the county of Uppsala.
The procurement is part of a project aiming at improving the possibilities to detect, verify, follow and map a release from a nuclear power plant in the event of a nuclear accident. The project is a joint effort between SSM, the County Administrative Boards in Halland, Kalmar and Uppsala and the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency. The project is headed by SSM.
The tender shall include a complete system with measurement stations, installation of the measurement stations on site and a central server application. The tender shall include:
· sixty (60) measurement stations including supporting structure,
· three (3) measurement stations without supporting structure,
· option for thirty (30) additional measurement stations including supporting structure,
· a central server application,
· delivery and installation of the central server application at SSM during 2013,
· delivery of three (3) measurement stations to SSM during 2013,
· delivery and installation of sixty (60) measurement stations on site in the Counties Halland, Kalmar and Uppsala during 2013 and 2014,
· Option for delivery and installation of thirty (30) measurement stations on site in the Counties Halland, Kalmar and Uppsala during 2015,
· equipment for consistency check of the dose rate measurement unit,
· a one-day visit to SSM to present the offer during 2013,
· one-day training courses in Stockholm, Kalmar, Halmstad and Uppsala during 2013,
· a warranty period of two years from delivery and
· all software upgrades for three years following the delivery.
