The library services of the European Environment Agency (EEA) provide information to the staff members of the EEA and offer books, electronic texts, newspapers and journals, and access to information databases. The library is not open to the public. The scope of requested publications ranges from environmental sciences to organisational topics to general interest titles. The library services of the EEA intend to conclude 1 or more framework contract(s) in order to streamline the supply of books, newspapers and periodicals, and e-books for its users. This open call for tenders is divided into 3 lots:
