The project which is the subject of the contract is described as follows: replacement of Tempest IT equipment. Therefore, the Secretariat will establish a framework contract for the supply of the following Tempest equipment:
1. desktop workstation EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A);
2. desktop workstation EU IASG 03-04 level B (SDIP 27 B);
3. thin client compliant with EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A);
4. black and white A4 printers EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A) compliant;
5. black and white A4 printers EU IASG 03-04 level B (SDIP 27 B) compliant;
6. colour A4 printers EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A) compliant;
7. plotter EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDPI 27 A) compliant;
8. network equipment compliant with EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A);
9. multifunction printer A3 compliant with EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A);
10. large screen compliant with EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A);
11. A4 scanner EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A) compliant;
12. A3 scanner EU IASG 03-04 level A (SDIP 27 A) compliant.
All equipment must be compliant with EU IASG 03-04 levels A and B (equivalent to NATO SDIP 27 levels A and B).
For the abovementioned equipment, maintenance services will have to be provided.
The Secretariat will establish a framework contract with an initial duration of 4 years (purchases, maintenance services and consultancy) which may be renewed 4 times, each time for a period of 1 year, for the provision of maintenance services and, if necessary, consultancy services.
