The project is managed by the Nordic Climate Adaptation Programme (NCAP) under the Nordic Council of Ministers. The programme supports decision-makers at all levels -national, regional, and local- as well as private sector actors and community stakeholders. By focusing on common challenges and shared opportunities, the programme contributes to the vision of a climate-resilient Nordic Region by 2030
The programme committee, through its secretariat, shall administer the project. The contract shall be signed between the winning tenderers organisation and the programme´s administrative body, the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency, Sweden, org no. 202100-1975.
