Plattform for GIS (Geographic Information System) og NIS (Network Information System) som støtte til BKKs arbeidsprosesser
Våre nåværende GIS- og NIS-verktøy er dekket av ulike løsninger og sammenhenger mellom dem. Noen av løsningene har behov for fornying og dette er bakgrunnen for å starte en undersøkelse av hvordan behovet kan dekkes av løsninger i markedet.
Vi ønsker å identifisere potensielle leverandører og samle informasjon og innspill som kan hjelpe oss med å designe et oppsett for en fremtidig anskaffelse og kontrakt. Formålet med dialogen er først og fremst informasjonsinnhenting i form av denne forespørselen om informasjon (RFI). Basert på svarene som kommer inn, vil det bli vurdert i hvilken grad markedsundersøkelsen også skal omfatte møter med leverandørene og/eller om vi skal gjennomføre høring av konkurransegrunnlaget.

Future Platform for GIS (Geographic Information System) and NIS (Network Information System) to Support BKK’s Work Processes
Our current GIS and NIS tools consist of various solutions and connections between them. Some of these solutions need renewal, which is the background for this RFI and our research into how our needs can be met by solutions offered in the market.
We aim at identifying potential suppliers and gather information and input that can help us design a setup for a future procurement and contract. The purpose of this RFI is to collect information. Based on the received responses, it will be assessed to what extent the market survey also should include meetings with suppliers and/or a hearing of the tender specification.
