RFI - Draft framework agreement for measuring and monitoring equipment for sewage

Tromsø municipality shall enter into a framework agreement for mobile solutions for measuring and monitoring equipment for sewage. The objective is to ensure control of sewage volumes in the pipe network and improve the knowledge of the pipe network for use in planning and engineering design of measures. The equipment shall also be used for mapping sources of alien water, to reduce overflow operation in the sewage network. To inform about the future tender contest in the best possible way, we now request input to the draft. This is an RFI (Request for information) prior to the publication of the actual tender contest. As stated in the annexes, we ask the market to submit feedback on the draft tender documents, and answer questions that are given in a separate annex.
