Diameter: 700 mm Thickness: from 20 to 50 mm Two classes of materials will be requested: - Class A: Density 1.0 to 1.2 g/cm3 In-plane thermal conductivity > 12 W/mK Young's modulus (parallel to fibers) < 50 GPa Tensile strength (parallel to fibers) > 40 MPa Flexural strength > 60 MPa Interlaminar shear strength > 7 MPa - Class B: Density 1.4 to 1.5 g/cm3 In-plane thermal conductivity > 20 W/mK Young's modulus (parallel to fibers) < 60 GPa Flexural strength > 90 MPa Interlaminar shear strength > 8 MPa Fiber content in third direction > 8%
