Tromsø Municipality has, as part of the follow-up of the housing programme for the substance abuse and mental health field (2017-2027), uncovered a need for separate adapted houses for women with substance dependency. The municipality thus needs to procure an engineering design group that will follow the assignment through the draft and preliminary project phase, as well as formulate the tender documentation for the turnkey contract.
