Banedanmark intends to conduct the tender as a Negotiated procedure. Deadlines specified in the Tender Plan are indicative. Correct and applicable deadlines will appear in the tender documents.
Projektbeskrivelse
Tender with a negotiated procedure regarding a new Telecommunication network planning & documentation system (referred to later as the System) that is going to replace a current legacy system. The System is expected to be an on-premises system, which supports analysis, design, planning, optimization, and documentation of the existing and future data and telecommunications network infrastructure of Banedanmark. The System shall have data migrated from Banedanmark’s current solution and include an initial integration to the GIS-system and possible further integration to other systems. The tender covers a detailed design, implementation, testing and commissioning of the system, as well as documentation, software licenses, hypercare, and support and maintenance of the System. Banedanmark is in the process of completing the tender material. At the moment the estimated value of the contract is approximately 25.000.000 DKK. It is expected that the support and maintenance of the System will be 6-10 years after the completion of design, implementation, commissioning etc. of the System. CPV-code: 72000000
