The objective of the invitation to tender is to enter into a framework agreement (s) with a provider of language courses in Norwegian and English. The aim of the courses is for the participants to: - become well acquainted with the Norwegian Language Act and the requirements it places on them as employees of the Norwegian Tax Administration - be able to formulate documents in a clear and distinct language that focuses on the user. The courses must, in accordance with requirements, be adapted to different target groups. The framework agreement is divided into two lots: - Lot 1 English language courses - Lot 2 Norwegian language courses - Lot 3 E-learning courses in English - Lot 4 Plain language courses (as a separate special field) For a more detailed description of the procurement see the requirement specification in Annex 1.
