The tendered subject consists in the delivery of Project Management Office (“PMO”) Services for the Market Coupling Steering Committee (All European TSOs and NEMOs), there will be needs for TSOs and NEMO and also for TSOs only. NEMO stands for a Nominated Electricity Market Operator .NEMOs are the organisations mandated to run the day-ahead and intraday integrated electricity markets in the EU. TSO stand for Transmission System Operator. TSOs provide grid access to the electricity market players according to non-discriminatory and transparent rules. In many countries, TSOs are in charge of the development of the grid infrastructure too.The Market Coupling Steering Committee (MCSC) facilitates all common European tasks necessary for the efficient and secure design, implementation and operation of single day-ahead coupling (SDAC) and single intraday coupling (SIDC).17 NEMOs and 32 TSOs are part of this MCSC structure.
