New framework agreement for operational leasing of vehicles, and administration of the county’s vehicle fleet.
The county needs all brands within the segments passenger/goods/cargo/minibus up to 7.5 tonnes, and tenderers must be able to deliver fossil fuel, electric vehicles, and hybrid.
All vehicles must be able to be driven locally and service and maintenance must be carried out at a local brand workshop. Dependent on vehicle type, one must be able to select leasing periods from two to five years.
The value and scope of the contract
The total procurement value is estimated to be NOK 38,000,000. The value must be considered as an estimate and it is not binding. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority will have an exclusive option to extend the framework agreement for a further two years, one year at a time, altogether a maximum four years.
