The contract is for the delivery of a digital personnel and management handbook for DSB, including delivery of the tenderer's standard system (software-as-a-service) for a digital personnel handbook, hereafter called the service. The service includes: • digital personnel handbook • digital management handbook • chatbot • technical support • professional assistance The framework agreement will be valid for two years from when the contract is signed, with an option to extend for a further two years, with one year at a time. The total contract period is 2 + 1 + 1 year.
