When submitting your offer, please make sure you attach signed and scanned "Conditions for quotation" document as attachment and get acquainted with Communication requirements & Transit time PDF files. This is a must for choosing your offer to next step of evaluation.Process will be completed in 4 stages:
Stage 1: Offer submission and Questions & answers. Ends on March 16
Stage 2: Offer evaluation, shortlist of potential suppliers (3-5 per service lane). Ends on March 18
Stage 3: Questions & answers regarding offers, negotiations. Ends on March 25
Stage 4: Results, invitations for cooperation. Deadline March 28
