Oslo Municipality, c/o the districts Gamle Oslo, Sagene and St. Hanshaugen district, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, calls for an open tender contest for the operation and management of parks and squares in Gamle Oslo district, St. Hanshaugen district, and Sagene district. The three districts administer numerous parks and squares and are responsible for their operation and maintenance.
