The Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS) invites suppliers who have been included in the dynamic procurement systems for consulting services related to respectively Strategic ICT consulting and Business Architecture to provide consulting assistance in connection with investigation and organization of pandemic preparedness. We consider that the assignment may overlap between the two mentioned purchasing systems and therefore notice the competition in both. Furthermore, reference is made to the invitation.
