The purpose of the R&D project is to provide knowledge about the extent to which and possibly in what way the implemented measures for increased diversity in working life, contributes to achieving the desired results and effects. The knowledge shall ensure good utilization of resources and measures and that the measures are accurate. The knowledge may also be used for input for future policy development in the field of diversity in working life. In accordance with the Government's integration strategy, the measures have the following overall objectives: The measures shall contribute to increasing employers 'awareness of ethnic diversity as a resource, increased recruitment of immigrants, as well as better use of immigrants' skills in working life.
