Bane NOR shall optimise the working processes for managing the operational ICT services at the National Operation Centre, NOC and will hold a competition for purchasing system support to realise this. It is important for Bane NOR to have a dialogue with contractors to achieve good competition and predictability. The tender documents version 0.8 is therefore sent for consultation. This is an extension of the previous RFI with ref.no.: 202010557. Bane NOR is in the process of optimising the work processes (ITIL) at the National Operation Centre (NOS) through, amongst other things, procuring new systems for ITSM and alarm management. Bane NOR would like to use this hearing round to get feedback from the market on selected procurement documents for the coming contest. Bane NOR is also considering to use the qualification scheme TransQ for the procurement. This involves tenderers registering and being approved in advance before they can participate. If this is the case, this hearing round will be used to announce this. This notice does not involve any procurement obligation or guarantee for the coming contest.
