Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) wants to enter into non-exclusive parallel framework agreements with minimum 2 and up to 3 providers for the purchase of network and security services (hardware and software) and related services. The purpose of the RFP is also to award the first call-off which means to choose the preferred Network services provider for the Services during the duration of the framework agreement. The participants should note that the decision of the exact scope of the procurement will be subject to clarifications throughout the procurement, and that the scope as set out in this RFP, within the legal framework of the procurement regulations, thus may be adjusted. The estimated total value is only an estimate and the value can be both higher or lower than estimated. The estimate is in no way binding for NBIM.
