The objective of this competition is to get the most cost efficient procurement of a solution where we can supervise personnel including employees on their arrival and stay in the prison. It is desirable to increase the security at several of the country's prisons. Kriminalomsorgen [the Directorate of Norwegian Correctional Service] invites tenderers to participate in a tender competition with dialogue/negotiations to sign an agreement with one service provider for the purchase of body scanners.
