Pilot Plant Setup of Falling Film Evaporator and Agitated Thin Film Evaporator

Aalto University School of Chemical Engineering, Department of Bioproducts and Biosystems and Department of Chemical and Metallurgical Engineering are conducting research on separation technology. We are seeking a skid mounted pilot-scale falling film evaporator (FFE) for the continuous concentration of a feed stream of 35-60 kg/h by evaporating water, and a skid mounted pilot-scale agitated thin film (wiped film) evaporator (ATFE) for the continuous concentration of a feed stream of 5-25 kg/h by evaporating water. The object of the contract is divided into the following 2 lots: 1) Falling film evaporator (FFE); 2) Agitated thin film evaporator (ATFE). Tenderers may opt to tender either only one of the 2 aforementioned lots or both lots.
