Framework Agreement for Fire Engineering Consultancy Services

The Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing shall enter into a Framework Agreement with a tenderer for fire engineering consultancy services. The requirement also includes consulting, inspections, documentation and follow-up projects subject to fire-related measures. The fire safety in the buildings must comply with the minimum requirements given in the building and fire regulations, or better. For some of our older buildings, there is a need to map and document the safety level in detail in order to safeguard our purpose and owner responsibility. Furthermore, there is a need to prepare sufficient documentation for a contest for improving defects of significant nature that are revealed. See the tender documentation for more information.
