This is a request for information. The purpose of the publication of this request for information is not to start a tendering process. This is a request for information submitted as part of a preliminary study and a market survey. Aalto University is currently lacking a comprehensive platform for service provisioning and process automation. Current services are split between a variety of platforms, some of them deprecated and in need of replacement. We do not have a holistic view of the student or faculty lifecycle. This has an impact for example on student engagement, study progress, and staff retention as the result of the potential tendering process following this request for information, Aalto will have a contract with one service platform provider.
