Framework Agreement for the Procurement of Periodicals

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a Framework Agreement that meets the Police's need for periodical and newspaper subscriptions. Diversity in the Norwegian Police characterizes the requirement for periodicals. This applies particularly in relation to national and international periodicals for the subject areas social studies, finances, law and police specific subjects. Periodicals with general subjects are also included in the collection. The newspaper subscription includes central national and international newspaper. In order to meet the Norwegian Police's requirements for information, the Police must have immediate access to topical information. Cooperation with the suppliers of periodicals and newspaper who prioritise security of supplies and good customer care is therefore a conditions.
