The aim is to enter into framework agreements that ensure the contracting authority the right to procure further specified software licences and software maintenance on economically favourable condition. All the included services are related to software that is heavily integrated in the contracting authority's IT systems, and/or that the contracting authority already has made massive investments in. The contracting authority will enter into 9 framework agreements within 9 separate subareas.
