The objective of the procurement is to operate and maintain roads and urban spaces to safeguard the infrastructure and previous investments and maintain the standard of the road network and in the urban spaces. The contract shall ensure implementation of services and activities that are necessary for the road network so that the traffic shall arrive safely and in an efficient manner.
