The framework agreement shall cover the continous requirement for school books, teaching aids and non-fiction books for Askim, Eidsberg, Hobøl, Marker, Rakkestad, Skiptvet, Spydeberg and Trøgstad municipalities.
The agreement mainly includes school books to primary and lower secondary schools (the primary and lower secondary school system) and equivalent levels, including teacher guidance materials, copying originals, exercise booklets, key books, digital teaching aids and concretisation materials. Purchases of books to the adult education and nursery schools are also included Purchases to public libraries are not included in this tender contest, only school libraries. The agreement does not include independent net-based teaching resources.
