HFK and SFJ aim at entering into an agreement for the delivery of dental consumables, including handheld instruments for the Counties dental clinics. A framework agreement shall be entered into with 1 supplier of full range dental consumables. Each clinic can make call-offs/orders against the framework agreement.
The framework agreement period is 2 years. The Contracting Authority shall have an option for a prolongation of the framework agreement for a further 1+1 year. Maximum total agreement period is 4 years.
