Avinor Air Navigation Services AS (FS) is in a development phase and will therefore require considerable project manager competence in the future. The requirement for project manager competence is initially related to the development of FS' system projects. The objective of the tender contest is to enter into framework agreements for project management services.
The framework agreements are mainly for project managers and other project personnel related to Avinor Air Navigation Services' (FS) Project department.
