The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement for the supply of feed and bedding for the animals. The contract will help the Contracting Authority to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of 2 suppliers (one per partial agreement). 
Consequently, it is important for the Contracting Authority that The Tenderers base their tenders on quality, cf. the Minimum Requirements (MR) and Wishes (W). 
In addition, the Contractor expects to achieve significant savings in the area.
