The scope and purpose of the procurement.
The competition is for parallel framework agreements for assistance with engineering design services, assistance with the preparation of tender documentation as well as project and construction management for different road, water and sewage projects. In addition there will be general consultancy assignments, as well as other assignments that are naturally included in this type of service procurement. The procurement's value for Nedre Eiker is estimated to be 9 500 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum. The procurement's value for Øvre Eiker is estimated to be 5 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per annum.
