An IAM system shall contribute to ITG reaching the following targets:
* Ensure that access rights to trade systems and the computer network are established, amended and terminated in a correct, efficient and uniform way.
* Make processes connected to the life cycle administration of identities more efficient and automatic.
* Secure an overview of what accesses have been given in the municipality's trade systems and computer network.
The delivery will be an IAM system, which shall include the following:
* Automated set up, maintenance and termination of AD users and group membership in AD, based on data from the Contracting Authority's school administration system. Integration with FEIDE.
* Automated set up, maintenance and termination of AD users and group membership in AD, based on data from the Contracting Authority's wages and personal data system.
* A portal for access management to ensure a complete information and work flow connected with the setting up and maintenance of user access and changes in person and organisation data that must be handled manually.
