In order to the Agreement to provide the required time and cost savings, as well as safety for the contracting authority, the contractor must have sufficient HR for the assignment, updated expertise in lighting systems and air conditioning, modern building automation and energy management, have an efficient booking system and an emergency / roster system. The Contracting Authority expects to be a prioritised customer for the contractor signing the agreement. ROAF requires a framework agreement for electrical installation services for all recycling stations, disposal sites, fully-automated sorting plants for household waste, gas and pump stations, as well as other buildings and plants owned and operated by the contracting authority.
