The aim of the procurement is to cover the municipality's need or materials and services for the maintenance and upgrade of the municipality's properties.
The need includes the framework agreement supplier administering and coordinating assignments that require cooperation between several service areas that are not covered by this framework agreement, e.g. plumbing and electrician services. Tenderers shall be able to be responsible for administration and coordination in cases defined by the contracting authority when the assignment is ordered.
Administration and coordination means that the tenderer will be responsible for all of the executed work on the given assignment, independent of whether the assignments are carried out by the tenderer's own employees, hired companies or the contracting authority's framework agreement suppliers within other service areas. In these cases the contracting authority will describe the function that the finished result shall fulfil. The tenderer will then choose the method of execution and materials and will be responsible for the result fulfilling the described function, including requirements in the law and regulations.
This framework agreement comprises the following services:
— Builder services and accompanying material.
Tenderers are required to be able to provide the service themselves or with the help of sub-suppliers. If sub-suppliers are used, a commitment statement between the tenderer and the sub-suppliers must be presented by the tender deadline and a cooperation agreement must be signed by the date that the contract is signed, c.f. annex 2 Tender Description point 3.4.1. Tenderers shall have the necessary resources to fulfil the contract and point 4.1.2 Cooperation.
