Prequalification for the procurement of systems for the future's general digital systems for nurseries and schools.

The municipalities in the Kongsberg region procured a joint school and nursery administrative ICT system in 2008 (Oppad) and joint ICT systems for the learning platform (Fronter) and a system for authentication with Feide for primary and secondary schools (Fronter BAS) in 2009. Several of these systems are about to be phased out of the market. The municipalities must, therefore, procure other systems that can take care of these areas.

In addition the municipalities would like to procure other dedicated ICT system that can also be used in schools and nurseries. This can include a system for SMS messages and secure storage of IOPs etc.

This procurement shall cover functionality that supports administrative assignments for nurseries and schools. The rest of the needs will be covered in a procurement in the next phase.
