The Agency for Water and Sewerage manages the operation of the systems that control, regulate and monitor the water treatment plants (ICS on the water treatment plants). The objective of the contract is to ensure these services in order to maintain continuous operations of water treatment facilities. See Annex 1 for prior requirement specifications.
