The main purpose of the tender is to select a contractor for the project “Digital Archive IT system for Geodetic Administrations of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH)”
The developed system shall fill the requirements for digital archiving in FGA/RSGA, and shall be developed and installed as three essential and independent components:
•User Management (Federated, single sign on)
•Workflow Management
•Document Management
Each component shall be delivered and tested individually as well as integrated in the final digital archive solution.
All three components are to be considered as independent service components that may be utilized in a number of applications within the two organizations.
