HiOA [Oslo and Akershus University College] shall enter into framework agreement for consulting assistance for strategic campus development.
One of the goals for the strategic campus development is to further develop HiOA's locations to modern, future oriented places of learning characterised by good concept solutions and an appropriate utilisation of space. Moreover, it is a goal to highlight HiOA in the region and in the urban landscape.
