The Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation, henceforth referred to as NRK, invites to an open tender contest regarding framework agreement for purchase of measuring and monitoring equipment for quality control of audio and image.
The framework agreement includes measuring and monitoring equipment for quality control of audio and images but may also include purchase of technical assistive aids which naturally belong to the area.
NRK may face a paradigm shift on the audio side in connection with transition to Loudness measuring.
In connection with this, NRK will have increased requirements for these sound meters. A tender contest is now implemented where the objective is to ensure necessary security of supplies, and at the same time give NRK options for conducting necessary procurements within the frame of the public procurement regulations.
NRK wishes to publish a miniature contest shortly after the framework agreement is entered into. The agreements shall also enable a high degree of flexibility and high service level in connection with support and service.
