The Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training would like to enter into a framework agreement with a minimum of 3 or a maximum of 5 service providers of:
Graphical services / design
Marketing /advertising
The graphical profile is a central part of building our reputation and great emphasis is put on systematic work and quality in all graphical production. All printed matter and material that has the Norwegian Directorate for Education and Training's logo shall follow the Directorate's graphical profile (annex 5) and it shall be in accordance with our general strategy. The framework agreement shall also cover concept development for various communication initiatives. This primarily applies to graphical productions, but also for campaigns.
We are looking for a minimum of 3 or a maximum of 5 service providers that can together provide a broad spectrum of the services we have requested in point 1 in the specifications.
The contract is for a period of 3 years with an option to extend the contract for 1 year. Assignments ordered under the framework agreement can last for longer than the framework agreement. There is no obligation to make call-offs under the framework agreement.
