Bergen municipality currently has a contract for printing and photocopying services that expires in 2013. The aim of this procurement is, therefore, to replace the current contract with a new contract that covers the needs documented in these tender documents. The awarding authority would like a continued reduction in the number of machines and models, as well as further improvements to the service through an increased degree of standardisation and through making the operation more efficient. The aim is to offer printing and and photocopying services of high quality, continuity and availability to our users, at the same time as Bergen municipality seeing an advantageous cost development in the contract period.
