Moss and Rygge municipalities as well as Moss Drift og Anlegg KF invite companies to an open tender competition for asphalting and reasphalting works in Moss and Rygge municipalities. Tenders are wanted from companies with the professional, technical, resource and financial basis that are necessary for fulfilment of the contract. The contract period shall be from 2012 to 2014 with a right for the awarding authority to extend the contract for 1 year. See the notice on Doffin and TED.
