Framework agreement for the development of external network services for the Equality and Anti-Discrimination Ombud

The Equality and Anti-Discrimination Ombud (Norwegian: LDO) wants to enter into a framework agreement with an advisory and development partner for the Internet area and digital solutions for a period of 2+1+1 years. The agreement shall include, but not be limited to, consultancy, project management, design, development, management, and operation of the new website LDO.no and associated network services. For the assignment, a framework agreement (Framework agreement governing the purchase of goods and services within ICT and consultancy services) is planned with a total supplier. The agreements that will be used in connection with the Agreement governing the research and development work to be performed by a Consultant SSA-R are the Agreement governing assistance to be provided by a Consultant SSA-B, the Agreement governing the research and development work to be performed by a Consultant SSA-O and the Agreement governing the maintenance and servicing of software and equipment SSA-V (the maintenance agreement shall have a duration of 3+1+1+1 year).
