Trumpas pirkimo aprašymas CERN intends to place a contract for the supply and installation of a laserFIB-SEM, composed of a high-resolution ion-based FIB-SEM chamber connected to a chamber for laser processing. It shall include the following detectors: - Secondary Electron (SE) and Back-Scattered Electron (BSE) - Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS) - Electron Backscattered Diffraction (EBSD) - Scanning Transmission Electron Microscopy (STEM)
