Bømlo Municipality does not have certified archive premises that comply with the regulations. The contracting authority must therefore have its documents stored at IKA Hordaland. Before this, we need to digitalise documents that will be archived within building applications, surveying, agriculture, forest roads, and planning, cf. the Archive Act with regulations. This will free up time for the municipality's personnel who are asked daily for documents, and inhabitants will have easier and better access. At the same time it will ensure greater security for correct and equal treatment.
