IT framework agreement - management, consultancy, development, and operation of IT systems in the cloud

This framework agreement will ensure that the contracting authority has relevant management, strategy, and consultancy services to support the contracting authority: 1 - Ensure that the Norwegian Environment Agency has access to competence/capacity to develop new IT systems in the cloud (as required) 2 - Support for the re-establishment of existing systems in the cloud: 3 - The partner can, (after a mini-competition), take general responsibility to make the cloud transformation of an existing system (turnkey contract) in consultation with the contracting authority, possibly supported by domain competence from a management partner. 4 - Operation of applications in the cloud and infrastructure (on-prem and cloud). Call-offs will be made (both initially and later in the contract period) where we will choose permanent and ad-hoc collaboration partners for various service deliveries.
