The contracting authority invites tenderers to a tender contest for the development of an eLearning course in basic administrative competence. The procurement is for the development and completion of an eLearning course, including typing, technical competence, design and use of educational instruments. The contracting authority will provide the professional content. The procurement also includes the development og guidelines and implementation material for use in entities when they plan and carry out the competence initiative internally in their entity. The target group is all employees in government entities, including government employees who are partially sighted and hard of hearing.
